Requirements
The customer requires us to manufacture micro‑module miniature gears according to the drawings. Since the smaller the module, any tiny deviations in tooth thickness, tooth pitch, or the involute tooth profile will accelerate wear and compromise the transmission of precision instruments.

Based on our micro‑gear manufacturing capabilities and stringent quality control, we successfully deliver the final product.
Optical Profile Inspection: To ensure 100% accuracy, we use advanced optical comparators (profile projectors) for inspection. By magnifying the gear tooth profile 50 to 100 times on the screen, our quality inspection engineers can precisely measure the involute curve, pitch circle diameter, and tooth depth against the original CAD drawing.
Zero‑Defect Commitment: The non‑contact optical inspection method ensures that the delicate tooth features of the gear are not deformed during measurement.
