Every custom gear project we take on includes a Design for Manufacturability review. We check for geometric features that would compromise precision, tolerances that are achievable on paper but difficult to hold at volume, and material choices that may not survive the application environment.

Achieving ISO / DIN Level 5 on a single part is one thing. Holding it across a production batch is another. Our equipment configuration — combining Kashifuji KPS30 skiving for complex internal gears, Ningjiang CNC hobbing centers for high-speed external gear production, and CNC grinding for final precision finishing — gives us process control that supports consistent quality at scale, not just on sample parts.

Prototype validation and small-batch development are core parts of our business, not exceptions to it. Our minimum order quantity starts at 5 pieces, with no change in engineering attention or quality standard. When your project moves to volume production, we scale with you — same team, same tolerances, larger quantities.

Every drawing and design file you share with us stays within our facility. We do not share client specifications with third parties, and we are prepared to sign a Non-Disclosure Agreement before any technical exchange begins. Your design is yours.
